Henrietta Harrison, M.A., L.M.F.T., is a seasoned psychotherapist, coach, and business consultant based in Westport, Connecticut in Fairfield County. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a member of the International Coach Federation, a member of the Academy of Family Mediators, a member of the Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation, a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a Certified Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association. As a noted proponent of Solution-Focused Therapy, Henrietta is well respected in her field. Her contribution to the mental health field has been recognized by selection for the Millennium Edition of the National Register of Who's Who in Business and the Professions.

Henrietta combines her training and experience as a therapist with her business know-how in providing coaching services to people in transition in their personal and/or professional lives. She is a popular speaker and workshop leader giving presentations on topics pertaining to relationships, stress management, team building, and conflict resolution. Henrietta has been a guest lecturer at several universities and also teaches a course to prepare therapists to sit for the national MFT Licensing Exam.

Henrietta is the author of Controlling Stress, a practical guide to managing stress, and is a regular contributor to newspapers and periodicals as well as professional journals in the mental health field. She is often quoted on issues related to stress management, life and career transitions, and relationship dynamics at home and in the workplace. Henrietta is an avid traveler, photographer, and tennis player. She and her husband Marshall have been married more than 30 years and have two grown sons.
